Electronic Test Technician
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking an Electronic Test Technician to perform functional and electrical testing on custom electro-mechanical assemblies. Working in a small, collaborative team alongside on-site Engineering support.
Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Inspection: Connect assemblies to test stations and computer software; use oscilloscopes and voltmeters to verify power and signal outputs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and assembly-related issues.
Documentation: Follow standard procedures to record test results, serial numbers, and quality findings accurately.
Collaboration: Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions with Engineering.
Experience: 1–2 years in electronics, electro-mechanical testing, or technical assembly (pass/fail testing experience preferred).
Skills: Knowledge of basic electrical principles and component-level electronics. Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer software to run test programs, flash software (training provided), and log data in shared drives.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Training: Hands-on 1-on-1 training and shadowing with on-site Engineers.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic-to-intermediate electrical, mechanical, and assembly failures.
Documentation: Execute established test procedures and record test results, serial numbers, and quality findings accurately.
Continuous Improvement: Review work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
