Compensation & Scheduling
- First Shift: $15 per hour
- Second Shift: $16 per hour
What You’ll Tackle
- Intake: Receive inbound shipments, verify counts, and check for quality.
- Order Flow: Pick items, pack securely, and stage for shipment with precision.
- Inventory Care: Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking.
- Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety & 5S: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Team Goals: Collaborate to hit daily metrics and support teammates.
- All-Hands: Jump into additional warehouse duties when needed.
Is This You?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse/logistics background helpful.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with solid organization.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (inventory, labels, lookups).
- Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Open to various shifts and occasional weekends.
