Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations for a collaborative, tenured team responsible for receiving, repackaging, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role works closely with a group of approximately seven colleagues, including warehouse floor associates and administrative staff, to ensure products are accurately received, processed, and shipped in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This is a full-time role with a MondayFriday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where products are manually handled and containers are unloaded regularly. The work involves physical activity throughout the shift, collaboration with a small team on the warehouse floor and in administrative support, and the use of forklifts, RF scanners, and standard warehouse equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
