Second Shift - Monday- Friday 8pm-5am

Location: East Longmeadow, MA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $90,000

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor on our second shift, you’ll be an essential part of our Global Tools & Storage team, leading manufacturing activities onsite. You’ll drive a culture of safety, lead continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of approximately 30 employees in a dynamic production environment.

  • Foster a safe and engaging workplace by promoting safety practices and transparent communication.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Lead safety initiatives, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support and implement Lean and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop expertise in production equipment and processes to support business objectives.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and related transactions.
  • Oversee employee performance, providing coaching and conducting annual reviews.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and lead in high-energy settings.
  • Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
