Creative Production Coordinator - Large Format Graphics

White Rabbit Wraps is looking for an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Creative Production Coordinator to join our team.

This position is the connection between our customers, remote design team, and in-house production team. Your job is to keep projects moving through design, revisions, approval, and production while making sure everyone has the information and files they need.

This is not a graphic design position. Our remote design team creates the artwork. We’re looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of large-format printing and graphics production, is comfortable working with design files, andjust as importantlyenjoys working with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects between customers, our remote design team, and production
• Gather and organize logos, artwork, vehicle information, photos, measurements, and project details
• Prepare clear project direction for our designers
• Review proofs for accuracy before they are sent to customers
• Send proofs and communicate with customers regarding revisions and approvals
• Translate customer feedback into clear direction for our design team
• Follow up and keep projects moving through the approval process
• Review approved artwork and make sure files are properly prepared for large-format production
• Check sizing, resolution, bleed, cut paths, file setup, and other production requirements
• Organize final production files so our production team has everything needed to complete the job
• Work closely with production to catch and resolve potential issues before anything is printed
• Keep project statuses organized and current
• Help maintain the high level of communication and customer experience White Rabbit Wraps is known for

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can balance technical knowledge with great people skills.

You should be comfortable talking with a customer one minute and reviewing a production file the next.

Experience with large-format printing, signs, vehicle graphics, wraps, print production, or prepress is required.

You should also have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; an understanding of vector and raster artwork, resolution, scaling, bleed, cut paths, and print-ready files; excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organization and follow-through; the ability to manage multiple active projects; and a positive, energetic, team-oriented personality. Experience with vehicle wraps and fleet graphics is required.
