Job Description

Imagine joining a team where carefully machined parts become reliable products because of your steady hands and attention to detail. You’ll start with clear, pre-set instructions and transform fabricated components into complete units, verifying every step against specification.

Your impact
  • Build assemblies at floor stations using the correct hand and power tools, always aligned to product requirements.
  • Measure, test, and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure all tolerances are achieved.
  • Spot issues earlyif a unit fails a test or falls out of tolerance, diagnose and repair it so it meets standards.
  • Work within established procedures, exercising limited independent judgment; receive immediate supervision and direction from a supervisor/manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in assembly or a related discipline; apprenticeship or formal specialty training may be required.
  • Knowledge of standard assembly concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Hands-on proficiency in machine building/assembling.
Conditions and safety
  • Lifting generally up to 30 lbs without significant repetitions.
  • Moderate exposure to machinery as well as chemical, biological, and physical risks typical of a production environment.
  • Potential operation of a powered industrial truck; this is classified at least as Industrial and may be considered Heavy depending on other exposures.

This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, appreciates clear guidance, and takes pride in building products that perform exactly as intended.
