EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Associates ready to build a career in inside sales and real estate.

No prior real estate experience is required. We provide paid training, sales coaching, mentorship, proven scripts, systems, and technology to help you develop the skills to succeed.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll connect with prospective buyers and sellers, qualify leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our Real Estate Sales Agents.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+ annually


Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Engage with prospective homebuyers and sellers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Follow up with and nurture leads by understanding their real estate needs, goals, motivation, and timeline
  • Qualify prospects and identify opportunities that are a strong fit for our Real Estate Sales Agents
  • Schedule qualified buyer and seller appointments and help create opportunities for the sales team
  • Leverage established lead generation systems to maximize opportunities and consistently work toward appointment-setting and sales goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM, including conversations, follow-up activities, and prospect information
  • Collaborate with Real Estate Sales Agents and leadership to develop strategies that improve lead conversion, appointment quality, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to align outreach, messaging, and campaigns with our target audience
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, roleplay, and workshops to continuously strengthen sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interest in helping people and building relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and sales tools
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Willing to participate in sales training, coaching, and role-play
