Position Summary

The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Program Management team, helping keep projects organized and running smoothly. This roleassistswith scheduling, documentation, reporting, communication, and other day-to-day coordination activities while gaining experience in program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Program Managers and Program Directors.
  • Schedule meetings andmaintaincalendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items.
  • Organize andmaintainproject files and documentation.
  • Update project trackers and internal systems.
  • Assistwith reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Help track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support the creation of purchase orders, invoices, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Assistwith process improvements and other administrative projects as needed.

  • 0–2 years of administrative, coordinator, or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 2+years' experienceasanProgramManageror similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technicalproceduresor governmental regulations.Ability towritereports,proposalsandbusiness correspondence.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups ofCompany employees andmanagers,customersand thegeneral public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required tosit and talk or hear.
