Job Title: Part-time Inventory Control Analyst Location: Hershey, PA Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 25 hours/week / Mon - Friday 9am -2pm
Responsibilities • Inventory monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve inventory variances • Clearing daily IDOC errors • Clearing daily COGIs • Identifying scanning issues and correcting them • Conducting inventory reconciliations and reporting activities • Execution and oversight of inventory-related SOX controls and documentation • Support for cycle count and physical inventory processes • Partnership with plant operations, finance, and supply chain teams to drive inventory accuracy and process compliance • Varies day to day including the duties above
Requirements • 3+ years of inventory accounting or inventory control experience • Manufacturing environment experience • SAP experience preferred • SOX and audit support experience • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups at minimum) • Proven experience investigating inventory variances
