Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job description:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday | $20/hour

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Friday | $21/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, completing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and making inventory adjustments within the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Reconcile physical inventory with WMS/ERP system records.
• Complete inventory adjustments and bin transfers.
• Assist with inventory consolidation, put-backs, and validations.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances.
• Work with warehouse and picking teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory projects and process improvements.
• Operate a Cherry Picker to access and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Previous Cherry Picker experience is required.
• Ability to safely work at elevated heights.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds as required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Employees will work in varying warehouse temperatures and around normal warehouse dust and noise.

We are hiring for 2 positions: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
