Concrete Laborer – Oklahoma
Lay the foundation of Oklahoma’s infrastructure!We are seeking adedicated Concrete Laborer to assist with pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures across commercial and industrial sites. Candidate must be capable of driving a half and 3/4 ton Truck to and from the site.
Position Overview
As a Concrete Worker, you will work alongside skilled carpenters and finishers to prepare job sites, mix and pour concrete, execute finishing techniques, and maintain equipment. This full-time, on-site role offers consistent hours with opportunities for overtime and career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, setting forms, and placing rebar
- Mix, pour, and distribute concrete for slabs, footings, walls, and flatwork
- Operate hand and power tools such as bull floats, trowels, edgers, and saws
- Finish surfaces with screeding, floating, jointing, and applying curing compounds
- Clean tools and equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Follow directions, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with your team
What You Bring
- 1+ years of concrete labor or concrete construction experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor: lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and curing processes
- Eagerness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work collaboratively
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction card or willingness to obtain is a plus
- Must have VALID OKLAHOMA DRIVERS LICENSE
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range:$16.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift:Day shift, Monday–Friday, with optional overtime
