- Day Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday to Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
- TrainingSchedule:9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
What You Will Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments while following all safety procedures.
- Perform analytical testing on products and materials.
- Test samples of manufactured products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Accurately record test results and complete detailed reports documenting procedures and findings.
- Maintain thorough and accurate paperwork and documentation.
- Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accurate testing results.
- Monitor and oversee sanitation lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify that products and load releases meet customer specifications.
- Place products on hold when analytical results fall outside required specifications.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous Lab Technician experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures, quality control processes, and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to follow testing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience completing reports.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules.
