Caliente Grill is looking for an experienced, reliable, and guest-focused Server/Bartender who is interested in more than just picking up shifts.
This position is designed for someone who wants to earn well, build strong relationships with guests, and potentially grow into a Lead Server, Shift Supervisor, or Management role.
Our servers have strong earning potential because we have loyal regulars, special events, catering opportunities, a full bar, and customers who appreciate great hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide warm, professional, and attentive guest service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Learn and confidently recommend our Salvadoran, Mexican, and Peruvian menu
• Promote cocktails, tequila, specials, events, and other restaurant experiences
• Maintain accurate POS transactions and proper cash/credit handling
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room and bar
• Support teammates during busy service
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Follow alcohol-service, safety, and restaurant procedures
• Help create memorable experiences that bring guests back

Competitive tipped hourly wage + tips, with strong earning potential. Our experienced servers can earn well on busy shifts, special events, and weekends. Additional pay opportunities are available for Lead Server and supervisory responsibilities.
