PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Job Summary
We are hiringProduction Associatesfor a manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie. This is a hands-on production position focused on building doors, operating production equipment, material handling, and packaging finished products.
Job Duties
- Operate small and large machines used in door production
- Work on a production line assembling doors
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Machine doors for hardware installation
- Prepare and handle production materials
- Stage and package finished products for delivery
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Lift up to50 lbs. repeatedly
- Team lift items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Stand and work for extended periods, typically8–10 hours
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Commercial woodworking experience is a plus, including doors, millwork, or cabinets
- General knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform basic math
- Comfortable using basic handheld measuring tools
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
