We are actively seeking aWarehouse Associate Order Picker/Packerto join a respected food and beverage manufacturing and distribution operation. In this highly visible warehouse role, you will support daily distribution activities, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate logistics processes, and help drive operational excellence across the facility. To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
- Ability to perform warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory verification.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and PC-based operational tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to operate or obtain certification for powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more as required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Execute inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with transportation providers.
- Investigate inventory variances, transfer discrepancies, and purchase order receiving issues to maintain inventory integrity.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet movers, and order pickers.
- Utilize RF scanning technology and warehouse systems to accurately process inventory transactions.
- Conduct routine receiving audits and location verifications to ensure proper documentation and material placement.
- Support inventory control efforts through cycle counts, audits, and system accuracy initiatives.
- Partner with department leadership to communicate operational concerns, workflow priorities, and team support needs.
- Assist with employee training, process updates, and operational changes within the warehouse environment.
- Help maintain performance, quality, productivity, and safety standards while serving as a knowledgeable resource for team members.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Remainon your feet for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently push, pull, bend, reach, squat, lift, and move materials.
- Regularly lift 25 to 40 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds or more.
- Work in a warehouse environment with elevated noise levels.
- Be comfortable working in an environment where coffee aromas are consistently present.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate schedules as business needs require.
