**The Role**
As an Order Selector, you will play a key part in our fulfillment operations by accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your work ensures that orders are completed correctly and efficiently, helping us meet customer expectations and maintain smooth operations. This is a Temp-to-Perm position, offering the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

**What You'll Do**
- Select items from inventory according to order specifications and picking lists
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before packing and shipment
- Organize and pack items in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain organized work areas and follow warehouse safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
