Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $22.50/hr
Shift: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotating shift
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Responsibilities
- Operate site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion) to produce plastic products according to specifications
- Set up, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and processes
- Perform mold and neck finish changes as needed
- Conduct quality, system, and critical checks, maintaining accurate records
- Assist with machine start-ups, shut-downs, and minor repairs on production equipment
Qualifications
- Prior experience with blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion (HDPE, PET) preferred
- Industry experience is a plus
- Ability to drive a forklift and work in a fast-paced, heat-intensive environment
- Capable of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, crawling, walking, and maneuvering up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and team skills

- Troubleshooting: mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic
- Material handling and mold changing
