Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Shift: B Shift Wednesday: 12:00PM-6:00PM; Thursday & Friday: 6:00AM-6:00PM; Saturday: 6:00AM-6:00PM

Location: Milwaukee, WI

• Process and review client invoices for accuracy
• Maintain active files for outstanding invoices
• Create and manage aging receivable reports
• Monitor product inventory and track load progress
• Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Ability to quickly and accurately enter data
• Familiarity with AS400 is a plus
