Position: Internal Service Advisor

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing vehicles back to their best? Price Ford of Simi Valley is seeking a dedicated and organized Internal Service Advisor to oversee the reconditioning process of our pre-owned inventory and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before hitting the lot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the reconditioning process for used vehicles
- Communicate with technicians, detailers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of services
- Inspect vehicles for needed repairs, cosmetic improvements, and overall readiness
- Create and manage repair orders and track progress through completion
- Ensure all vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and communicate status updates to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or reconditioning coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
