Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator

Pay- $21-$24 little experience
2-3 years of experience- $25-$28/hr based on experience

Flexible start time -The hours are flexible- either 8am-4pm, 8:30-4:30 or 9am-5pm. (Once they choose the shift- that will be the shift)Location: Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities:

• Review new orders against quotes and order forms for accuracy across various job types
• Manage an active workload of 40–60 jobs, growing toward 100+ as experience advances
• Conduct CAD reviews and communicate design changes to homeowners, builders, and internal teams
• Coordinate work orders with trades such as plumbing and carpentry, and send notifications to clients and teams
• Follow up proactively to resolve missing information and open items
• Support and independently manage second phases and remakes across complex jobs
• Identify and resolve scheduling or production issues; escalate when necessary
• Maintain detailed, accurate job records and updates throughout each project lifecycle
• Mentor and support newer coordinators, modeling best practices as experience grows

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; previous project coordination experience is a plus but not requiredtraining provided
• Clear and professional communication skills with clients, trades, and internal teams
• Proficiency with computer tools such as email, spreadsheets, and calendar/task-tracking systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work independently as experience increases
