The Home Health Aide (HHA) in Rochester Hills and Sterling Heights provides compassionate, reliable in-home care to support individuals with daily living activities. This role focuses on enhancing clients' quality of life by assisting with personal care, medication reminders, and light household tasks to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare supervisors.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
