Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotating shift
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to start IMMEDIATELY at $25/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and quality protocols
- Coordinate daily activities including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields
- Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus
Skills
- Warehouse supervision and team leadership
- Packaging operations and safety compliance
- Equipment setup, mold change, and troubleshooting
- Documentation and computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Raven, Infinity)
- Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance
