Job Title: Cable Assembler
Job Description
The Cable Assembler works at a bench assembling small electrical connector parts and cables in a clean, production environment. The role involves using a microscope or magnifying glass to accurately place and secure components, following detailed written work instructions, and using tweezers and other hand tools to prep and assemble cable assemblies to quality standards.

Work Environment
You work in a clean, production-oriented environment closely aligned with cleanroom-type manufacturing standards. Assembly tasks take place at a bench using microscopes, magnifying devices, tweezers, and other small hand tools. The regular schedule runs from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with training conducted on a schedule such as 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The setting emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to quality procedures, with a structured production workflow and clear work instructions guiding daily task
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
