You may be an experienced advisor looking for stronger support, more room to grow, or a better way to serve clients. Or you may be newer to financial services and want experienced leaders involved as you build your skills and practice.

At TruOak Financial Partners, the conversation starts with what you want to accomplish and what would help you get there.

Our Southeast roots trace back to 1896. More than 30 advisors joined TruOak in 2026, from early-career professionals to experienced producers, team leaders, and independent practice owners. We’re growing in Sandy Springs and want to meet advisors ready for their next stage.

What you can build here
  • Work through opportunities with experienced leaders. Collaborate on client conversations, complex cases, and next steps.

  • Address more client needs. Work across insurance, investments, retirement strategies, and financial planning within your licensing and registration.

  • Develop your practice. You get to develop a practice that you own. Get coaching and support from planning, marketing, compliance, and recruiting resources.

  • Shape your next step. Build your professional brand, develop a team, and explore future leadership opportunities.

  • Earn through your production. Grow your career with a compensation structure that can include commissions and ongoing revenue opportunities, based on your practice, licensing, and eligible business.

The opportunity

This is a hybrid, production-based advisor role in Sandy Springs. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and take ownership of your results, with firm resources and leaders available to support your work.

The role also includes access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, subject to eligibility and plan terms. Qualifying advisors may participate in four firm-paid trips each year, including two international destinations, subject to program requirements.

Tell us what you want your practice to do next, where you feel held back, and what support would make a difference. That’s where we’ll begin.
