Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 base salary (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Schedule: Hybrid flexibility; minimum 3 days per week on-site or in-office

An established industry leader is expanding his ultra-luxury residential construction firm in Miami and seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead exceptional, architecturally sophisticated residential projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, take ownership of multimillion-dollar residential projects, and play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth in South Florida.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee high-end residential construction and renovation projects, initially focusing on an approximately $6 million luxury apartment at Surf Club, with the potential to manage additional residences valued at $10 million–$20 million as the firm's pipeline expands.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience delivering complex custom residential projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of luxury residential construction, from preconstruction through final completion and turnover.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and quality control.
Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and trade partners.
Manage contracts, change orders, project documentation, and financial reporting.
Maintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship, execution, and client satisfaction.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain schedules and budgets.
Utilize Procore or comparable construction management software to track project performance.
Collaborate directly with company leadership on project strategy, execution, and delivery.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects as the firm's portfolio expands.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in high-end custom residential construction.
Proven experience managing complex luxury homes, estates, penthouses, or high-end residential renovations.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
Experience coordinating with high-end architects, designers, and demanding private clients.
Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Based in Miami or within a reasonable commuting distance.
