Inside Sales Rep

National distributor that is experiencing unprecedented growth is looking to expand their inside sales team. The position is based at a southern PG County branch location and does not offer remote or hybrid work.Qualified candidates must be able to commute and will have a Bachelor's Degree and some exposure to sales either through college or post-graduation.Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, calling on contractors and learning all aspects of the industry. Seeking those who have strong written and verbal communication skills, a competitive spirit, and are interested in a long-term career. Salary of $50K - $65K with commission for $65K to $75K in the first year. Second and third year income is significantly higher due to growth trajectory. All candidates must be able to pass criminal background and illegal drug tests.
