Warehouse Associate / Material Handler
A growing organization is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. The organization is looking for someone who values safety, accuracy, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

What the Role Involves
The Warehouse Associate / Material Handler will be responsible for:
· Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials and deliveries
· Picking, packing, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
· Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
· Moving, storing, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse
· Operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, as qualified
· Supporting shipping and receiving activities
· Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
· Entering and updating information in warehouse or inventory management systems
· Identifying and communicating inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
· Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
· Following established safety procedures and company policies
· Supporting other warehouse and operational needs as required

What the Organization Is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or material-handling environment.

Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and material handling is strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following are especially encouraged to apply:
· Forklift operation experience
· Reach truck operation experience
· Current forklift and/or reach truck certification
· OSHA safety training or certification
· Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software
· Experience with cycle counts and inventory control
