General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Worker to join our team in Dover. In this role, you will work with tool steel, cutting it down to precise specifications using a variety of tools and machines.

• Utilize machines, hand tools, and power tools to cut tool steel to specific specifications.
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures, ensuring precision to 1/8 inch.
• Operate and train on forklifts, with full training provided.
• Run multiple saw machines simultaneously once fully trained, to meet production timelines.

• Experience in manufacturing, machine shop, industrial, or construction environments.
• Proficiency in reading calipers and tape measures.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to multitask and meet production demands.

• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm in a large, open, non-temperature-controlled warehouse with a small team of around 5 people, operating 12 saw machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
