Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing environment focused on medical laser console production. All current openings are on first shift, with standard hours from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility to start as late as 7:30 a.m. Overtime requirements are minimal. You will work around electro-mechanical, opto-mechanical, and optical assemblies, using custom test fixtures, oscilloscopes, multimeters, optical power meters, and alignment tools. The facility follows cleanroom and ESD protocols, as well as GMP and ISO quality system regulations, requiring adherence to safety procedures and careful handling of sensitive components. Work involves a mix of sitting and standing, fine motor tasks, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in a structured, organized production area that supports lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.32 - $33.28/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
