If you’re an experienced Accounts Payable professional who knows Spectrum software and can confidently manage detailed credit card activity, this opportunity could be a great fit. You’ll take ownership of important AP processes while joining an established organization that values accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable activity while ensuring transactions are accurate and properly supported
- Reconcile company credit card activity and track down missing receipts or discrepancies
- Research payment and account issues to determine the cause and bring outstanding items to resolution
- Maintain organized AP records and help ensure information is accurately captured within the accounting system
- Partner with employees and internal teams to gather documentation and keep payments moving on schedule
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+years ofstrong accounts payable experience
- Hands-on Spectrum software experience
- Significant experience managingcredit card receipts and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
