Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor progress
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Educate residents and families on treatment strategies and home recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
- Active West Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
