- Can you read and work from blueprints with confidence?
- Are you comfortable setting up welding for production runs?
- Do you handle a tape measure and hand/power tools with ease?
What you’ll do
- Fabricate and weld structural steel for dumpsters, containers, roll-offs, trailers, and special builds
- Operate plasma and torch cutting equipment
- Perform basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment ready
- Maintain consumables and support quality control standards
- Follow safety policies and maintain strong attendance
Tools & tech
- MIG Welder (primary machine you’ll run)
Minimum background
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
