What Makes UBS Different
UBS places a strong emphasis on training, mentorship, and clinical development. Team members receive ongoing support from experienced BCBAs and clinical leadership, with opportunities to develop skills beyond basic direct intervention.
For employees enrolled in a master’s degree program and working toward BCBA certification, UBS can provide opportunities to gain supervised fieldwork experience consistent with BACB requirements. Depending on the employee’s experience, competency, assigned cases, and supervision plan, opportunities may include both restricted and unrestricted activities.
Unrestricted learning opportunities may include participation in activities such as data analysis, treatment planning, caregiver and staff training, skill and behavior assessment, program development, clinical documentation, and other behavior-analytic activities under BCBA supervision.
Our goal is to help developing clinicians build the practical clinical skills needed to become thoughtful, competent, and independent BCBAsnot simply accumulate fieldwork hours.
