Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the full-service restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environment
- Financial Management
- Monitor and manage revenue, cost of goods, and overall financial performance
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and control costs
- Marketing & Events
- Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives and special events to drive guest traffic and community engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership required

- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
