Assistant Unit Manager

The Assistant Manager role is crucial to the support of the restaurant. They support all functions of operations, their team and the General Manager. The Assistant Manager acts as General Manager in the General Managers absence. Successful Assistant Managers will act as bench for our Future General Manager positions.
