Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation
  • Assist Chef and Sous Chef with food prep and cooking tasks for a busy kitchen
  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain assigned kitchen station, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a kitchen staff
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule
Part-time position; schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
