Sales Inspector Roofing

Company: Fast-Growing Multi-Regional Roofing Company specializing in residential roofing in IL, IN, KA, KY, MI, MO, OH, SC, TX, and TN.
Position:Sales Inspector Roofing - Conduct Inspections and meetings with homeowners with company supplied leads as needed and Canvass neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes with storm-damaged or just old roofs that may have problems and need to be replaced. Speak with homeowners, educate them about their issues, conduct FREE inspections, sell roofing and complete paperwork.
Qualifications
Previous roofing or home improvement sales experience; qualified trainees may be considered
Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods to identify homes with roofing issues
Able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections
Must have car or truck
Responsibilities
Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes that have damaged roofing
Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
Educate homeowners about solutions to either get their roof repaired or replaced
Complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:

Compensation
Earn $100K-$250K
