As an Industrial Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and leading a team of skilled workers. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an industrial setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in using industrial equipment and tools.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
