We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract position based in Georgia. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on building candidate pipelines, managing high-volume hiring needs, and identifying talent with experience in construction-related roles. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing mindset, strong applicant tracking system experience, and the ability to engage effectively with both hiring teams and candidates, including Spanish-speaking talent pools.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market outreach strategies.

• Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies to business priorities.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to organize workflows, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate hiring records.

• Source and attract candidates for construction and related operational roles using targeted search methods and community-based outreach.

• Conduct candidate screenings and present talent with clear insights on experience, fit, and availability.

• Support recruiting operations tied to process or platform updates when needed, ensuring continuity and efficiency across hiring activities.l

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer stages.
• Background supporting high-volume hiring initiatives with the ability to prioritize competing recruitment demands.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms, including Paycom or similar tools.
• Ability to identify and engage passive and active candidates through effective talent sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with recruiting for construction or skilled labor environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Spanish language skills are preferred to support communication with a broader candidate population.
