About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling and soldering products according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions while ensuring quality and proper functionality.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble connectors and components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Set up and operate wire marking machines and verify quality
- Position, fasten, and secure parts using screws, bolts, and other hardware
- Perform soldering and welding as required for final assembly
- Verify completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Test finished units using designated test fixtures
- Follow production requirements and standard work procedures
- Support other areas of production as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is required
- Soldering and/or welding experience is required
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or schematics
- Strong hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
- Ability to verify finished units against blueprints
- Good communication skills in English, including the ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
