Job Description
We areseekinga skilled and reliableProduction Technicianto support ourgrowingoperations. This role involves end-to-end project planning and execution, including equipmentassembly,maintenance, repair, and modification.You'llwork closely withthe onsite manager and other small productionteamto ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out maintenance and improvement projects from start to finish, including cleanup and reordering of materials.
- Inspection of incoming components or assembliesandassemblyof sub-components
- Testing of sub-components – mechanical and electrical skill set required
- System level assembly and testingand documenting any non-conforming materials, isolating them from the production floor
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork, internal records and external certifications
- Support of Flow Lab testing activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mustbe abletosolderand have advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Must have anAssociates Degreein a technical field or comparable work experience
- Use of oscilloscope, network analyser, hi-pot tester for electronics testing
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
