Job Title: Inventory Technician & Material Handler
Job Description
The Inventory Technician & Material Handler maintains accurate inventory levels, receives and issues materials, performs cycle counts, and ensures the timely movement of materials throughout the facility. This role supports both production and warehouse operations by safely handling materials, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy within ERP and warehouse management systems.

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse and production environment that involves regular lifting, pushing, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds. The position requires frequent bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift. Team members may be exposed to temperature extremes during cold and hot weather while working in and around the facility and loading or unloading trucks. Safety gear, including safety shoes and safety glasses, is supported through reimbursement, and employees are expected to follow all safety policies to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntley, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
