Job Description
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance a complex enterprise platform in Gaffney, South Carolina. This Contract position is ideal for a hands-on ERP/CRM Administrator who can oversee daily system performance, safeguard access, and partner with business leaders to improve how teams use NetSuite across multiple functional areas. The role requires on-site presence five days per week and offers the opportunity to influence system reliability, automation, and user experience across a growing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operation of NetSuite production and non-production environments, including setup changes, performance tuning, and platform upkeep.
• Develop and maintain role-based centers, dashboards, and permission structures that reflect departmental responsibilities while supporting secure user access.
• Perform recurring reviews of roles, workflows, scripts, saved searches, and configuration changes to confirm compliance, accuracy, and data protection standards.
• Maintain detailed system documentation covering customizations, configuration decisions, access controls, and historical changes to the platform.
• Lead access governance activities by managing user security policies, conducting periodic access certifications, and resolving identified control gaps in a timely manner.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations, functional improvements, and practical support solutions.
• Build, test, and refine workflows and scripting solutions that streamline processes across finance, merchandising, planning, projects, and commerce-related modules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on implementation efforts, including data migration support, testing activities, deployment preparation, and post-launch stabilization.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and connector-based solutions, including warehouse or related operational system connectivity.
• Review custom development delivered by internal contributors or outside vendors before release and maintain reusable technical assets for long-term scalability.• Demonstrated experience administering Oracle NetSuite in an enterprise environment with responsibility for configuration, security, and ongoing support.
• Strong knowledge of role design, permission management, dashboards, workflows, saved searches, and system auditing within NetSuite.
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear documentation, technical specifications, and effective platform solutions.
• Experience supporting integrations through APIs, middleware platforms, or connector tools between ERP and related business systems.
• Familiarity with finance, merchandising, planning, commerce, or warehouse management processes within a business systems environment.
• Understanding of configuration management practices, change control, and documentation standards for business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills across technical teams and business leadership.
• Availability to work on-site in Gaffney, South Carolina five days per week, with occasional travel as needed.
