As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
• Moving electronic recycling materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Transporting materials to designated sorting, dismantling, processing, and storage areas.
• Assisting with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Inspecting equipment before use and reporting any safety concerns.
• Maintaining clean, organized work areas and adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous forklift experience (preferred).
• Current forklift certification (preferred, though training may be available for qualified candidates).
• The ability to safely operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and organization.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Experience in warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or material-handling environments (a plus).
• Language skills in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin (preferred but not required).

At GES, safety is our top priority. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be expected to:

• Follow all OSHA, company, and facility safety procedures.
• Complete equipment inspections and use required PPE.
• Maintain awareness of your surroundings and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to:

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Operate a forklift for extended periods.
• Work in a warehouse environment with equipment, pallets, and electronic recycling materials.
