From traditional screen printing to specialty techniques, embroidery, DTF, DTG, appliqu, laser production, and live brand activations, our goal is always the same:Make great products and make them correctly. We’re continuing to grow, and we want people on our team who want to grow with us.WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOINGAs a Screen Printing Operator, you’ll be responsible for taking approved production jobs and turning them into consistent, high-quality finished products.Your responsibilities will include:\n\nSetting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing presses\n\nRegistering multi-color artwork accurately and efficiently\nReviewing work orders, artwork, garment specifications, ink requirements, quantities, and production notes before beginning a job\nSelecting the proper screens, squeegees, flood bars, inks, and print settings for each project\nMixing and matching inks while maintaining color consistency throughout production\n\nUnderstanding proper flash, cure, pressure, speed, off-contact, and print sequencing\n\nProducing standard and specialty screen printing techniques including projects involving puff, discharge, high-density, metallic, and other specialty applications\n\nPerforming test prints and making adjustments before beginning full production\nMonitoring prints throughout the entire production run instead of assuming the first good print means the job is finished\nIdentifying registration, curing, ink, garment, screen, or equipment issues before they become larger production problems\nPerforming quality-control checks for placement, color, registration, coverage, consistency, and curing\nCommunicating immediately when something does not look right\nMeeting production deadlines while maintaining MMM quality standards\nCompleting routine press cleaning and preventative maintenance\nKeeping your press, ink area, tools, and surrounding production area organized\nWorking closely with production management, assistants, screen room staff, dryer operators, packing, and other departments to keep jobs moving efficiently\nTHE STANDARDAt MMM, speed matters but quality comes first.A strong operator understands that producing quickly means very little if garments need to be reprinted. We expect our operators to take ownership of their press and their production. That means:\nCheck your work.\nCatch problems early.\nCommunicate when something is wrong.\nRespect the garments you're printing.\nRespect the equipment you're using.\nLeave your station ready for the next job.\nNever knowingly send questionable inconsistencies before other people do\nWorks efficiently without becoming careless\nCan receive feedback without taking it personally\nCommunicates clearly with their team\nShows up consistently and on time\nTakes ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve every problem\nWants to continue improving their skills\nEnjoys working around other creative and production-minded people\nWe don't expect anyone to know everything. We do expect experienced operators to have a strong foundation, ask intelligent questions, and be willing to learn how MMM does things.EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING workplace. We're a hands-on creative production company based in Little River, Miami. You'll work around printing presses, , dryers, inks, garments, artwork, boxes, music, deadlines, new ideas, and a team of people building things every day.Our production spaces are air-conditioned, music is usually playing, coffee, especially a good Miami colada, is never far away, and our shop dogs Cha Cha and Pelusa may occasionally make their rounds. We like to have fun.But when production starts, we work. The right person understands both sides of that culture.GROWTH AT MMMWe're not looking to build a team where everyone stays in exactly the same position forever.People who demonstrate skill, leadership, reliability, organization, and accountability can grow into larger production responsibilities as MMM continues expanding. That could mean developing deeper specialty-printing expertise, taking ownership of more complex production, training other team members, or eventually moving into lead and supervisory responsibilities.Growth here is earned through performance.BENEFITS & PERKSDepending on position eligibility and employment status, MMM offers benefits that may include:\nCompetitive compensation based on experience\nPaid time off\nPaid holidays\nSick time\n401(k) retirement plan\nProfessional development and opportunities to learn new production techniques\nCompany merchandise\nTeam activities and events\nEmployee support programs\nCreative, collaborative work environment\nPet-friendly workplace\nOpportunities for advancement as the company continues to can make it?"We're building a strong production team, and we're selective about the people we bring into it.Talent matters.Experience matters. But so do attitude, reliability, accountability, communication, and pride in your work.If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume along with a short introduction about your screen printing experience. When applying, tell us:\nHow many years you've worked in screen printing\nWhich automatic and manual presses you've operated\nWhat types of printing and inks you have experience with\nWhether you've worked with specialty printing techniques\nWhat you consider yourself strongest at as a screen printer\nPhotos of previous production work or a portfolio are welcome if
