Customer Service Representative - 440 CSR

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CSR 440 to join our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an insurance agency and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Handle insurance audits from start to finish, including requesting and reviewing required documentation, communicating with clients and carriers, and following up on outstanding items.
• Process new business, endorsements, and related policy changes within the scope of the Florida 4-40 license.
• Communicate with insurance carriers as needed to resolve customer inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information.
• Follow up with clients and insurance companies in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assist with other day-to-day agency operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Florida CSR 440 license required.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an insurance agency.
• Experience handling insurance audits is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and agency procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
