  • Can you interpret blueprints and construction drawings with confidence?
  • Are you precise with measurement tools and alignment checks?
  • Do you have 2+ years of hands-on carpentry or construction experience?
  • Are you comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs and working on your feet?
  • Do you take pride in craftsmanship and safety?
  • Are you open to extended travel to active job sites when needed?
What you’ll do
  • Study blueprints, sketches, and plans to lay out work, determine dimensions, and plan materials.
  • Construct and assemble wood and metal framing for modular components.
  • Install finish elements: doors, cabinetry, frames, subfloor, flooring, drywall, paneling, ceiling grid/tile, wall accessories, hardware, and wall protection.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
  • Verify accuracy, fit, and alignment throughout; inspect finished work for quality.
  • Remove damaged or defective sections and repair/replace as needed.
  • Work closely with teammates to hit production targets.
  • Travel to active construction sites to support installation, repairs, warranty items, and project closeout.
  • Pitch in with other tasks as assigned.
Work environment
  • Manufacturing floor and outdoor construction sites, including non-conditioned settings.
  • Independent tasks and collaborative work, depending on the day.
What you’ll bring
  • 2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
  • Accurate use of measurement tools.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods to active project sites as required.
