An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant in Durham, NC, and we’re hiring our founding team!

Join us from the beginning and help bring exceptional hospitality, authentic Brazilian cuisine, and a memorable dining experience to the Durham community.

We’re hiring across front-of-house and back-of-house positions. Whether you’re an experienced restaurant professional or starting your first hospitality job, we’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others and making guests feel welcome.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training and support from experienced restaurant leaders as we prepare for opening day.

Compensation & Training

• Competitive compensation based on position and experience
• Tip-pool opportunities for eligible positions
• Full-time earning potential of $45,000–$80,000+ annually, depending on position, experience, hours worked, and tip earnings
• Paid training to help you prepare for your role and opening day
