Temp to Hire

What You’ll Do:

· Scan and accurately list books into the inventory system

· Assess and sort books based on condition and category guidelines

· Walk the warehouse floor to locate and retrieve books for customer orders

· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare books for outgoing shipments

· Place incoming inventory in the correct shelf or bin locations

· Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work area

· Work independently with speed and attention to detail while meeting daily productivity and quality goals

· Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues to a supervisor.

· Follow all company policies and safety procedures

· Assist in other areas of the warehouse and complete additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse software
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different tasks and workstations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet daily productivity expectations
