Robert Half, HR Solutions are looking for a Recruiter to join a hiring team in Duluth, Georgia and support ongoing talent acquisition across multiple business units. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on managing a high volume of openings for field, technical, sales, and operational roles in a collaborative, primarily onsite environment. The person in this role will partner closely with hiring leaders and internal recruiting contacts to identify suitable talent, maintain recruiting momentum, and deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of openings, including technician, inspector, sales, design, account management, and field leadership positions.

• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, online recruiting platforms, employee referrals, and market mapping within relevant competitor organizations.

• Review applications, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and present strong candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the selection process.

• Create, refresh, and manage job advertisements to improve visibility and attract applicants across multiple regions and teams.

• Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers in a relationship-driven setting that values in-person collaboration and frequent communication.

• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and time-to-fill metrics, while contributing updates during recurring recruiting discussions.

• Support recruiting continuity during internal team role changes, with handoff occurring after accepted offers for onboarding activities.

• Use available recruiting tools and sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and related posting platforms to expand reach when additional exposure is needed.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with proven success managing full-cycle hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Experience handling numerous open positions at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, primarily onsite environment with direct interaction from managers and business leaders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Background recruiting for construction, skilled trades, field service, mechanical, fire protection, or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Experience hiring blue-collar, field-based, or project-driven talent is preferred.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus but not required.
